Purpose
InstaBuddy is designed for legitimate Instagram content creators. This Fair Use Policy protects our infrastructure and ensures quality of service for all users.
Generation Limits
Pro and Annual users may run approximately 100 generation batches per billing month (resets on your billing anniversary). Each batch generates up to 30 posts. Free users have a lifetime limit of 5 posts.
Prohibited Uses
- Creating spam, scam, or deceptive content
- Generating content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines
- Using the API to build competing services without written permission
- Automated bulk account creation or credential sharing
- Generating content designed to harass or harm individuals
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits through multiple accounts
Content Standards
All generated content is subject to our content filters. Requests for adult content, hate speech, or illegal material are blocked. We reserve the right to review flagged accounts.
Enforcement
Violations may result in generation throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. In cases of clear abuse, refunds may be withheld. We will contact you before taking action where possible.
