Renewal Payments
Renewal payments (subsequent monthly billing cycles) are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for service outages exceeding 24 hours.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.
Abuse Prevention
Users who have previously received a refund are not eligible for a second refund on a new subscription. Accounts showing signs of refund abuse may be terminated.
