By accessing or using InstaBuddy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InstaBuddy is an AI-powered Instagram content generation platform. We provide tools to create, manage, and publish Instagram posts. The Service is provided "as is" subject to these terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Digistore24. The Free tier provides 5 lifetime posts with watermarks and no download access. Pro ($19/month) and Annual ($97/year) plans unlock unlimited generation, downloads, and Instagram auto-posting. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain read-only access to your history until the billing period ends. For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You own the content you generate using InstaBuddy. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use InstaBuddy to create spam, deceptive content, or content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines. Mass automated abuse of the API may result in account suspension. See our Fair Use Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
InstaBuddy's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
